Imants Gross has more than twenty years experience of international affairs, business relations, management and leadership, diplomacy and politics in Scandinavia, the Baltic Sea Region, EU and Africa. He works with state enterprise restructuring and privatisation, regional management and development, international marketing and branding, project management and customer relations development.

Sven Kuldkepp is a business consultant that  specialises in project development, project finance and privatisation. He advises private companies in expansion planning, financing, growth strategy, business development and marketing. Sven has held executive positions at Ericsson and Telia. He is now engaged in business development in the Baltics with focus on Estonia.

Andrejs Ritums  is a specialist and consultant in project development, project finance, infrastructure strategy for the construction and the utilities sector.   His work includes aspects of public funding of new industry development, energy saving and facility management. Andrejs has held executive positions at Vattenfall and other large organisations. He now work with business development in Sweden and Latvia.

Sten Rönnbom is head of our firmwide business team. He specialises in European, international and member state public procurement practices as well as international trade and business development. In these areas he has advised and represented international companies, trade associations and governments of member states and other countries on all aspects of EU public procurement, bid management and project development.
